WIU NEWS: New Administration Installed in the Cayman Islands Conference The Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists held its Installation Service for new Officers, Directors and Executive Committee Members on Friday June 20, 2008, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Georgetown following its Second Quadrennial Session held June 18 - 20, 2008 at the same venue.

	Some Highlights of Mid-year Convention 2008 Every one who attended the Mid-year Convention or anyone who watched any of the presentations on TV must agree that it was an uplifting experience. To inform the members who were not present at any of the meetings or who did not listen to the broadcasts, and to refresh the minds of the persons who attended, I present some highlights of the Convention. Every Adventist To Join Fun/Walk On Sunday. Every Sabbath Keeping is asked to participate in this special event. The 35th Independence Anniversary Celebrations Committee is sponsoring a Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, July 6, 2008 starting at 6:00 a.m. at the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre. Wake up early and let's celebrate together. Towards a Souls Culture As we reflect on what took place during Mid-year Convention, it must be remembered that all the programs in which we are engaged are for one main purpose -soul winning. We are happy to report that at the end of the Divine Service on Sabbath, ten precious souls were baptized. This gives us a total of 590 - just 10 short of half of our goal of 1200 for 2008.
