Foods for Thought
You are what you eat. Did you know that healthy food choices can improve your mood, help you think better, lower your stress, and reduce your risk for dementia? Making a few simple but powerful diet and lifestyle choices can help your mental engine "purr" instead of "ping". Not only that, you can lower your risk for deadly lifestyle diseases such as heart disease, obesity, cancer, and diabetes and beat powerful food cravings.
The Foods for Thought seminar will be held on Monday & Thursday evenings for 2 weeks Feb. 21, 24, 28, March 3, 2005. Due to weather problems, the meeting on 2/28 was cancelled. An additional meeting will be held March 7. Meetings will be from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room in the Church.
Fee: $25 covers
instruction for all 4 nights, an expanded, 2nd edition of the the 4-color
textbook, and food samples.
