Traverse City Country Life (Northern Natural Foods) Co-op - 2008

Brenton Rogers, who has a distributorship under the name of Northern Natural Foods, is our local Country Life Foods distributor. He delivers co-op orders at the Traverse City Adventist Church once a month.

Membership: Membership is free, but members should be willing to take turns checking in orders and helping out with order processing from time to time.

Catalogs: These are provided free of charge as they become available. The latest version of the catalog is always available at the website:  www.clnf.org.

Placing Orders: All orders need to be placed by the Monday deadline indicated below. Lucia Tiffany compiles and sends the total order in to Brenton Rogers for us. Please submit your order on a copy of the 2008 order form (please note that this has been updated - use the 08 version) to Lucia before or by the deadline date. All orders should include the following information:

• Your name, phone number, and date

• Item number, quantity, description, and price for each item ordered

Order Delivery:

Orders are delivered on Thursday of the week following the order deadline (see above). They generally arrive about noon, we try to have the order checked in by 1:30 p.m. or so and appreciate having the orders picked up by 3:00 p.m. If you cannot pick up at that time, please arrange with someone else to pick it up for you.

Order Payment:

Payment is due at pick-up (final cost is determined at order check-in according to what is here, any price changes, etc.).

Make check out to: Northern Natural Foods. The check is placed in the front of the 3-ring Country Life Binder in the envelope provided. When all payments are received, Lucia  will mail it in to Brenton.
