Within the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church, a conference organization networks local churches within a certain territory. The Trans-Orange Conference includes the SDA Churches in the Free State Province, North West, Northern, and Eastern Gauteng, and the
following towns in the Northern Cape Province: Douglas, Griquastown, Kimberley, Kuruman, Postmasburg, Richie, Salt Lake, Sishen, and Warrenton. The Trans-Orange Conference functions in
harmony with the Southern Africa Union Conference (made of ten local conferences/fields/missions), the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist.
