What the Pathfinder Law Means:
KEEP THE MORNING WATCH
Means to have prayer and personal Bible study under the most favorable circumstances and at the most opportune time of the day.
DO MY HONEST PART
Means by the help of God, I will be honest and do my best every day wherever I may be. Even if my job is just a small one.
CARE FOR MY BODY
Means to attain the highest possible standard of physical fitness, with good food, rest, and exercise.
KEEP A LEVEL EYE
Means I would rather fail than to live a lie. I would rather loose than play the cheat. I would rather suffer defeat than fear to meet another's eye.
BE COURTEOUS AND OBEDIENT
Means I will endeavor to reflect the attitude and love of the Savior in my relationship with others.
WALK SOFTLY IN THE SANCTUARY
Means the realization of God's greatness and our unworthiness in His Presence. Jesus house is special - I will be quiet and listen to Him there.
KEEP A SONG IN MY HEART
Means to keep the sweet influence of the Spirit of God in my life, so I may be a reflector of God's love wherever I may go.
GO ON GOD'S ERRANDS
Means doing kind acts for those around me -- my family, neighbors, friends, and even those I do not know.
