Several years ago I, the designer of this web site, was searching for meaning to life.   A person, I'll always be indebted to, introduced me to The Great Controversy.  I read it and could not put it down. Through The Great Controversy I found a peace, joy, and security that I never dreamed possible!  It has the same charm to me now, several years later that it had when I first read it from cover to cover.  Through this powerful book God has opened up the entire Bible to my delight!  God's Holy Spirit has led me on a journey that took me from this great masterpiece on Bible prophecy and led me to study and understand God's Word. God has given me a love for Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world and a desire to help others find the joy and comfort of understanding the future and knowing the one who holds the future in His hands. This book is like a humble little acorn that contains a mighty oak tree.  Plant the acorn and get the 150 foot tall oak tree.  Looking at an acorn you would never imagine that it contains a mighty oak tree within its little shell.  Looking at the cover of The Great Controversy you would never dream of the joy you'll find in knowing the exciting future that is waiting for you. The author of The Great Controversy felt a deep desire to help everyone to understand God's Word. You will learn how to prepare for and successfully go through the greatest crisis to ever engulf this entire world.  For most people it will come as an "overwhelming surprise."  That is why the author wrote "Scatter" (these books) "Like the Leaves of Autumn."  The author, E.
