Martha's Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients:
2 pounds cottage cheese
2 raw beaten eggs
1 tbs parsley
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
2 pkg frozen, chopped, cooked spinach
1/2 c soft butter
8 oz cooked lasagna noodles
1 pound grated Monterey jack cheese
1 c Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, and eggs together; add butter to
spinach. Grease
13 by 9 baking dish. Place layer of noodles followed by layer of
cottage cheese,
Monterey jack, Spinach & Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Bake
uncovered 350
degrees for 30 minutes. (Martha mixes everything together except
noodles & layers
twice.)
Wonderful served with garlic bread and a fruit salad.
