Taco Filling

Ingredients:

1 can Vegeburger
1 can enchilada sauce
1 package taco seasoning
chopped onion and/or green chilies to taste
You can also add the "Morningstar" crumbles to the above for added 
flavor.

Instructions: 

Mix all ingredients and simmer on low until onion is 
transparent. Warm taco shells in 250 degree oven only till warm.
Serve mixture in taco shells. Top with cheese, onion, chopped tomatoes, sour cream as desired. 

Serving a large crowd? Double or triple the recipe as needed.
