Fruit Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 Tbs honey
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 cup diced, peeled and pitted peaches (or plums)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries (or fresh raspberries)


Instructions:

  Blend first 6 ingredients until smooth.  Combine this with diced peaches, blueberries and strawberries in a bowl.  Cover & refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serves 5.  135 calories.  1 g fat.
