Cream Cheese Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients: 

5 eggs
4 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon Accent
1 envelope G. Washington's Dark Seasoning & Broth
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Salt to taste

MUSHROOM GRAVY INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1-11 ounce can cream mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon dry brown gravy mix

Instructions: 

1. Combine all meatball ingredients. Form into balls
2. Fry until brown. Drain on paper towels.
3. Combine gravy ingredients. Pour over meatballs.


Prep time: 40 minutes
Baking time: 10 minutes
Yield: 36 meatballs
