COOKING BY THE BOOK VIDEO INFORMATION COOKING BY THE BOOK is a cookbook and video set featuring God's eating plan as unfolded through Scripture and through understanding God's other book, the book of nature, including the natural laws of physiology and digestion which govern our bodies. This course will show you how to eat to prevent disease, prolong life, and feel vibrant. You can learn to prepare wholesome, nutritious, vegetarian foods from scratch without spending all day in the kitchen. Recipes feature whole foods in their unrefined state (fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables made into delicious dishes).
VIDEO SERIES I Consists of 13 one-half hour cooking lessons to
watch at home, to share with friends who are new to vegetarian cooking,
or for group cooking classes. Merely show a video along with live demonstrating
and tasting of the dishes seen on the program to create up to 13 class
sessions.
VIDEO SERIES II Consisting of 12 one-half hour cooking lessons
is a continuation of Series I. No program subjects or recipes are duplicated.
