Our History

Our congregation spans 80 tumultuous years. Organized in 1915 in the early days of World War I, the lifetime of our church has been punctuated by the Great Depression, then World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and epochal social changes. In the context of war and upheaval we have proclaimed "peace" in the name of the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. Never has that message been more timely than now. Never has this Divine Prince, our "Desire of Ages" been more desired than now.
