All of our videos are recorded at 28.8kbps – 125kbps. To view the following multimedia videos, you will need to be using at least a 28.8 modem and have installed the RealPlayer 8 or Microsoft Media 7 player on your computer. Note: The preferred
protocol (Smart Stream) to use is RTSP (RealVideo) or MMS (Microsoft
Media Streaming) depending on which media browser you are currently using. Smart Stream provides
optimal video/audio viewing over the Internet, and more control than HTTP.
We have found some Firewall's prevent RTSP and MMS from getting through,
thus affecting video quality playback. If you are experiencing trouble with the
Smart Stream connections, please select one of the modem choices.
