Understanding The Importance good nutrition.  At Healthy Lifestyle means more than being free of symptoms. It means having the energy to enjoy life to the full. It means looking to the future with confidence and enthusiasm. It means enjoying restored health - and your life. The average American diet.  No, I'm not talking about junk food, fast food or other obvious culprits that rob you of your enthusiastic enjoyment of life.  I'm talking about foods that are  grown in soil so depleted of natural goodness - it's absolutely sucked dry of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes -- nutrition.
