Registration Fee

Registration Fee is non-refundable nor proratable. First month installment is allocated for Comprehensive Fees, and is non-refundable, unless the student withdraws their registration prior to the first day of school. Under no circumstances will Registration Fee or the first month installment be prorated, except Comprehensive Fees when students enroll for second semester. Second semester Comprehensive Fee is $275.00 for regular students and $475.00 for I-20 students.

Monthly Payment Plan

For your convenience you may pay tuition through our Automated Tuition Payment Plan or by check/cash in eleven equal installments. The monthly installment plan is designed to help parents spread the cost of the yearly tuition over 11 months, therefore "full tuition" is due regardless of the number of school days in the month. The tuition is due on the first of each month and past due after the 10th, from July 2007 through May 2008. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for all accounts not paid by the tenth of each month. A $25.00 fee is charged on checks not honored by the bank when first presented, and/or your scheduled automated payment is returned.

Organization Dues

Club dues are not included in the tuition package. These dues will be collected by the organization.

Field Trips and Daycare Supervision

An $80.00 fee has been added to K-8 tuition for regular off-campus day trips. Extended overnight trips are not included.

Day care fee is $3.00 per hour or portion of an hour. You may choose a flat rate of $125.00 AM and PM, $100.00 PM or $45.00 AM per month.

Books and workbooks for Grades K-8, and K-12 comprehensive fees are included in the application fee and the tuition amount. Students in grades 9-12 who are registered for an Elective Science, Fine and/or Applied Arts class will be charged a class or lab fee.
