Mrs. Spicer's Philosophy of Teaching:

• I believe that I have the honor and privilege of following Christ's footsteps in teaching His children about Him and about life in general.

• I believe that children will learn mostly from the example of my life, which I strive to model after Christ.

• I believe that each child's journey is not only his, but also mine.  

• I believe that all children can learn in a safe and familiar environment where they feel loved and valued.  

• I believe that children learn in a variety of ways and I have to teach to all of those ways to ensure each child is given the opportunity to live up their  own potential.  

• I believe I need to meet each child's needs where they are on any given day.
