Teaching is a
gift from God. Paul, in Ephesians
4:11 rates teaching as a calling as high as that of
apostles, prophets, evangelists, and pastors. All of these
gifts are to prepare God's people for works of service,
"so that the body of Christ might be built up . . . and
become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the
fullness of Christ."
