INTRODUCTION

Starting October 9, "NeXt Millennium Seminar; Finding a Forever Friendship with God" will be broadcast via satellite television to a global audience. The seminar series will be downlinked at 4,000 sites spanning the six inhabited continents of the world. In several parts of the world, seminar sessions will air on area television and cable stations and systems. The expected viewing audience is in the millions. This Bible-based series will be translated simultaneously in 40 languages. "NeXt Millennium Seminar" is thought to be the most extensive Bible satellite seminar in the history of the Christian church.

THEME

In fresh, contemporary, lectures, NET '98's "NeXt Millennium Seminar" will focus on a revelation of God's character of love in the major Bible teachings. God's offer of a life-giving, life-transforming relationship through Jesus Christ will be highlighted through positive, hope-building Bible teachings such as creation, the Sabbath, the second coming of Jesus, and the good news about judgment, death and the resurrection. Even in the heart of Bible prophecy shines the appealing, inviting relational portrait of this God of love.

SPEAKER

Dwight K. NelsonDwight K. Nelson will be the featured speaker for "NeXt Millennium Seminar". He is an internationally-known speaker and the author of eight books, including "Outrageous Grace: Finding a Forever Friendship with God" and "Built to Last: You Were Meant to Last Forever", both of which will be introduced during the seminar. See below for how to get your free copy. Pastor Nelson's inspiring messages have gripped the hearts of young and old on the campus of Andrews University in southwestern Michigan, where he has been senior pastor of Pioneer Memorial Church for more than 15 years.
