Director.
The Youth Ministries Department of the Northeastern
Conference caters to the development of the junior
Youth (10 -15), Senior Youth (16 - 22), Young Adults
(23 - 35) and the Young-at-heart. Pastor Newton Cleghorne
shares general oversight of the total youth program
in this conference, while acting as the focal point
for the Adventist Youth Society. He is also the Chairman
of the Youth Advisory Committee and represents the
conference in the Atlantic Union Committee on Youth
Ministeries.

Youth Director, is The Youth Ministries

President
The President of the Northeastern Conference Pathfinder
Federation is an active Master Guide for at least
five years. She serves as chairperson of the Executive
Committee of the Federation and vigerously promotes
Pathfindering withing the areas covered by the Northeastern
Conference of SDA. She assists the Conference Youth
Ministries Directors at conference-wide functions
(camporees, fairs, conventions, rallies, etc.). She
assists the Area Coordinators in carrying out their
duties and performs other work as described in the
Federation's constitution and as directed by the Conference.
Director Hoyt comes to this office with many years
of experience as past president of the Pathfinder
Federation, Adventurer Federation President and member
of the Youth Advisory Council.

Vice President.
The Vice President is an active Master Guide
with at least three years experience. He deputizes
for the President and performs all the duties of the
president in her absence or as directed by the President.
Dr.
Jones's attends the New Hope S.D.A. Church or assists
with the Pathfinder Ministries of the Smyrna and Bronx
Temple S.D.A Churches. Recently he was asked to serve
as Area Coordinator and Master Guide Director of the
Bronx-Manhattan Area of the Northeastern Conference

Secretary.
The Executive Secretary is an active Master Guide
with at least three years experience. She acts as
the Chairman of the Executive Committee in the absence
of the President and Vice President. She performs

to the Pathfinder Federation; Complies and maintains
a list of active Master Gyuides in the Federation.

The Recording Secretary is an active Master Guide

for the accurate recording of all meetings of the
Federation and Executive Committee and communicates

duties as assigned by the President and/or Executive
Committee. Dir. Simmons is the Past President of the
Pathfinder Federation.

the activities of the Federation in all applicable
print and electronic media. He is the Editor-in-Chief
of "Instep", the official newsletter of
the Federation.

The Drilling & Marching Coordinator

experience. He is knowledgeable in the proper command
and execution of drills and marches as outlined in,
but not limited, the North American Division Pathfinder
Drill Manual. He conducts Drill Clinics for all the
clubs of the Federation and ensures that all clubs
comply with the drilling and marching instructions
outlined in the Pathfinder Drill Manual. He serves
as official in formal and informal uniform inspection
of clubs hosted by the Pathfinder Federation. He gives
direction in the specific formation of clubs and groups
on conference-wide parades. He supervises the Assistant
Drillinf & Marching Coordinators and Certified
Drill Instructors.

Corp Coordinator.
The Drum Corp Coordinator is
an active Master Guide, staff member or one deemed
qualified. He knows the twenty-six standard American
Drum Rudiments. He has a working knowledge of the
Rudiments of Music. He conducts drum workshops and
clinics for all clubs in the Northeastern Conference.
He ensures that all drum corps comply with the Drum
Corp Program of the Nortrheastern Conference. He leads
out and supervises Drum Corps in conference sponsored
parades and programs. He works closely with the Band
and Drill Coordinators at all conference sponsored
events.

The Teen Leadership Training (TLT) Coordinator is
an active Master Guide with at least two year's experience.
She is knowledgeable and conversant with the total
TLT program. She promotes and develops the TLT program

decisions made by the Executive committee or the President
with regards to the TLT Program.
Dir. Testamark is the
immidiate past Area Coordinator of the Rockland/Westchester
area. She is currently the Associate Area Coordinator.
