Mills Spring Ranch was donated to the Wyoming Conference of Seventh-day Adventists by the Mills Family of Casper, Wyoming in 1964.  It is currently owned and operated by the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. 
The camp is located on top of beautiful Casper Mountain.  With over 200 acres of wilderness forest and meadows, adjacent to unimproved
private and public lands, there is plenty of room to hike and explore God's natural world year-round.
