SUMMARY
Our greenhouse operation currently owes creditors approximately $140,000
and has no ready means to repay this debt. The implications of this are
substantial and we on the PHCS School Board are asking for a consensus from the
constituency as to how to proceed.
The greenhouse committee has a
tentative plan to operate in 2008 using current inventories and loans from
various individuals. The amount of current inventory on hand and the details of
those loans will be forthcoming in the summary presented by the committee. We
can either continue operations under this plan, hoping any increase can be put
toward the debt or cease the current operation and use the facility in another
way. Regardless of our course, the churches will have to come up with a plan to
repay the debt.

everyone can make an informed decision at our next constituency meeting Sunday
January 13th at 4:00pm.
