Pastor Clarence and Ginger Small have been the pastoral leaders of the Moline Seventh-day Adventist Church since September, 1995. Clarence began ministry in the Dakota Conference in 1980, and has served in the Chesapeake and Illinois Conferences. In June, 1999, Clarence successfully defended his Doctor of Ministry dissertation, An Evangelistic Strategy to Reach Baby Boomers in Rock Island County, Illinois, at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Andrews University.
Ginger Small is a full time secretary and office manager, as well as the unofficial
assistant pastor of the Moline Seventh-day Adventist Church. Her ministry of
organization and discernment are immense helps to Clarence's work. In addition,
she assists with counseling situations, small groups, and has, on occasion,
preached the Sabbath morning message.
Clarence and Ginger have two sonsand a daughter-in-law: Chris
and Karin, who live near Detroit, MI.; and Loren,
a film production student at Southern Adventist
University.
