Teachers and Other Members of the Faculty

Primary:
For the first year, it is planned to contract just two teachers, who will be in charge of all the grades. These teachers must be Adventist and graduated in Education with a major in primary.

Secondary:
For the first year, it is considered that we could carry out the classes with five to six full time Adventist teachers who will also teach other subjects:

Language Institute (LI):
As I mentioned above, I want to have two new students missionaries each year (From August to August). They must be interested in learning Spanish, so they can take advantage of their time in a Spanish country. For this, I'm planning to advertise at Caribbean Union College. I will talk with the students interested in this plan.

After two weeks of advertising, I have four students who are very interested in going to learn Spanish and teach English at the same time. All of them are students at Caribbean Union College:
Esther Beckles:
From Tobago
.
She is studying Home-economics and is awaiting June 1997 to go to Peru.
Clinton Lopez: From Canada. He is studying a major in English and is planning to travel in June of 1997.
Nicole Theodore: From Trinidad. She is studying a major in History, and she would like to take a trip in September of 1997.
Sarah Massicott: From St, Croix. She is studying Business Education, and she is hopping to take a trip in July of 1997.

What's more, I got people who will be going to Peru as SSL students. Some of them will go next year and others later in the future.

Health Reform Education Center:
For this department we are hoping to have an Adventist registered nurse. She/he will have the opportunity to attend Language Intitute classes, as part of her/his benefits.

Others members of the faculty:
Computer: We will need someone to help us with the Computer Department. My brother Joel Sanchez may be joining us to help with it. Presently he is studying Computer Science at Caribbean Union College, Trinidad.

Secretary and Accounting:
Owing to the fact that we are planning to establish a new secondary school program, in which the students can take a speciality according to their interest, it is planned to have a speciality in bilingual secretary with emphasis in computer, computerized accounting, and others according to the needs of the field.

The teachers for this department must be Adventist and graduated in the corresponding speciality.

Music: Aside from all the other subjects that will be offered, we would like to have a music department, too. So we will need someone to help us with it.
