Capital Investment and Operation Budget

PHASE I:
The construction of the first classrooms and other buildings considered in the first phase of this project will be made of local/rustic materials. However, I am planning to start building more secure buildings for the bakery and the Health Reform Education Center.

Also being considered teachers salaries and expenses as well as the acquisition of some equipment for administration, classrooms, Health Reform Education Center, agriculture, raising cattle, raising chicken and bakery.

All this results in total expenses and capital investment of $75,205.

Doing an estimate of income that will be obtained from school fees, room, board, agriculture, raising cattle, raising chicken, Health, and bakery we came up with a total income of $75,205.

I am sure that God will stretch our resources, show us where we can operate more efficiently, so we can cover the expenses as it is planned-- He has done it so far.

PHASE II:
The second priorities are the construction of buildings and acquisition of equipment for the language institute, girls and boys dorms, cafeteria, kitchen and food factory.

The expenses and capital investment amount to $119,505. Without doubt this is a great amount of money. To cover this amount, it is planned to use the income from the same sources as the first phase as well as new sources which will come as a result of adding dorms, food services and food factory. With God's help, any lack of resources will be dealt with an in Phase I.

PHASE III:
The administration, classrooms, chemistry and biology lab., library, computer lab., chapel, and student lounge buildings as well as the acquisition of equipment for these departments will be done during the years 2000 and 2001.

The estimated cost for this amounts to $115,355. I believe by then to have more income from the first and second sources of the two first phases. And as I said in phase II, in phase III the new added sources will also provide more income.

Advancing into Phases II and III will require significant resources. However, with good management accompanied by God's blessing, I expect the resources to become available.

For more detailed information about the breakdown of the above budgets see Appendix A.
