Dear Friends:

We hardly know where to begin to say thank you for your prayers and financial support to this phase of God’s work through all of these years. Because of God’s Grace, Mercy and Love we have been serving His cause through The Hour of Prophecy for 39 years. Praise the Lord.

We know that God’s love and care do not change, but the world around us has. We regret to inform our readers and radio listeners that as of March 15, 2004 we will no longer be able to operate the HOP. Offerings have been falling off for several years now, and we have always operated on the basis of pay as you go without debt. We have maintained that standard since we opened our doors, and will accept nothing less.

We have been a part of the Texas Conference of SDA for all of those years; however, we were responsible for raising our funds and covering the HOP operating expenses. And as we mentioned at different times, fund raising can be a challenge. We do want to praise God for allowing us to work in this field for these years and realize that we will not totally reap the harvest until we meet our Heavenly Father face to face in Heaven.

Our last issue of the Hour of Prophecy Newspaper was February – 2004 and we will be airing the Radio Broadcast through March 14, 2004. We regret that all of this is taking place so rapidly and on such short notice.

Again, we thank you, and please keep us in your prayers as we want to follow the Biblical Word and close our doors on March 15, 2004 with all bills paid. With joy and love we give God all the Glory and Honor for the privilege of serving Him through this ministry as long as we did. May God bless you, and it has been an honor to serve with you, and for you in getting the message of Jesus Christ to the world. May each one of us remain faithful till we meet in Heaven.
