My Prayer
Father God my
helper be
I have sinned and I am weak
Blessed Lord I trust in Thee
As thus I now Thy mercies seek
God be merciful
to me
Oh, Thou lover of my soul
Let me now thy mercies see
Thou alone can make me whole
Oh Lord, my
holy God and just
T'is for pardon Lord I cry
Sin has humbled me to dust
In sin's gutter Lord I lie
I kneel humbled
at Thy cross
To contemplate what Thou hast done
And lo my King has met the loss
This is that love my heart has won
Blessed and
holy is that law
Emblem of Thy mercy seat
Before whom angels stand in awe
And bow and fall at Jesus' feet
