Lemon
"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." Genesis 1:29

God created here for me
The aurencseous lemon tree,

With areomatic leaf and oil,
To stimulate this man of toil.

What zest and life it gives to man-
It beautifies as nothing can.

What else could quench that parched try throat
Or make a better anecdote.

Pies and puddings and products rare;
Ice cream and cake for all to share.

The lemon has a subtle way
Distinctive flavors to convey.

In choosing drinks what shall be first?
T’is lemonade you ask for first.
