A drug is any chemical agent that affects living matter. We have a tendency in our society to talk about horrible drugs such as cocaine and heroin, when there are other drugs, legal drugs and alcohol, which do a tremendous amount of damage and are still not thought to be "bad" for you.

Another way of combatting drug use is to maintain overall health, taking into consideration one's nutrition, sleep habits, and other areas.
