at the Fredericton Exhibition, September 1- 6, 1997.

	This was our booth coordinated by Judy Lowe, RN and sponsored by the Fredericton Seventh-day Adventist Church with help from The Fredericton Food Bank.
All throughout the week different kinds of vegetarian food were sampled to the delight of many. We had mostly canned meatless vegetarian food.
	Patti Graham was entering data into the computer. We had over 600 people take this "What Is Your Health Age?" appraisal.
We had a contest to guess the Number of Beans and Win a Vegetarian CookBook. The correct number of beans were 1,114. Five cookbooks, one for each day, were given to the one who guessed the closest each day. One person guessed as close as 1,113 beans.
