Raemel
Oliveira is our treasured principal/teacher. She has successfully completed
twenty years of multi-grade teaching at FJA. The love and the respect Mrs. O.
has earned from her students are obvious to visitors to her class, who are welcome
at any time. Mrs. Oliveira has a BA in Life Science and an MA in Education from
Pacific Union College.
Marie
Aldinger is our new Kindergarten teacher. Marie has taught multi-grades
in the Indonesia Mission Field and substituted in many schools while raising
her own children. She is a long loved and respected member of the local Christian
community. She earned her BA at Pacific Union College
Suzanne
Genser is our Special Education Consultant. She has the following credentials:
California Elementary Multiple Subjects k-12; a denominational credential from
PUC; a Masters in Education from PUC; a California Reading and Language Arts
Specialist credential; a CA Resource and Special Education for mild to moderate
learning disabilities credential and a Cross Cultural Language certification.
Suzanne is currently employed with a local Public school as a Resource Specialist
and will be volunteering as a part time Resource Specialist at FJA.
Ms.
Dale has been involved with music at FJA for twenty years and at Humboldt
Bay Christian School for five years. She has had a wealth of other experiences
as well. Ms. Dale has a BS in Music Education from Columbia Union College, a
BMus degree from Washington Musical Institute, as well as advanced musical studies
from Vienna Conservatory in Austria, Queens University in Northern Ireland,
Pacific Union College, and Andrews University.
Tammy
Fish volunteers as a teacher's aid. She has her AS in Early Childhood
Education from Walla Walla College. She has twenty years of teaching experience
to solidify her excellent reputation in teaching young children.
Other teacher aids include Andrea Gladden, a full time employee
and volunteers Frank Miller Susan Perkins.
Our school board chairman is Orvil Archbold and our school
caretaker is Tim Elwell. You are invited to come in and observe our program
at any
time and interview by appointment
