Master Bread Mix (veggie Bisquick)
5 C Flour 3 T Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cream of tarter 2 T sugar 1 C shortning (not needing refrigeration) 1 C dried Milk
Sift flour and measure, Measure all dry ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed for 5 min. Add cold or cool shortning. Cut shortning into the flour mixture until resembles course meal. Add dried milk. Store in covered container at room temp.

Use instead of Bisquick for pancakes or biscuits. Especially good on top of boiling fruit as a cobbler. Yum!

Water: 1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. This likely applies to half the world population. 2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mis taken for hunger. 3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%. 4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington Study. 5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. 6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. 7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page. 8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?????
Peroxide I would lke to tell you of the benefits of that plain little ole bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store. Have you ever smelled bleach in a doctor's office? NO! Why? Because it smells, and it is not healthy! Ask the nurses who work in the office if they use bleach. Bleach was invented in the late 1940's. It was used to kill our troops. It is chlorine! Peroxide was invented during WW1 It was used to save and cleanse our troops and the hospitals. 1. Take one capful and hld in in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. It will keep away cancer sore and whiten your teeth. 2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of germs. 3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. 4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other kitchen bacteria. 5. Spray feet with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water to cure fut fungus. 6. Soak infections and cuts with 3% peroxide for 5 to 10 minutes several times per day. 7. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold, plugged sinus. It will bubble and kill the bacteria. 8. Add a cup of peroxide to your clothing to whiten but not destroy clothing fibers. 9. If there is blood on clothing, pour it directly on the soiled spot. Then wash. 10. Use peroxide to clean mirrors. There is no smearing or streaking.
