Two roads diverged in a fallen world,
        And convinced I could not travel both
        And be one traveler, long I stood
        And looked down one as far as I could
        When deep within God's Spirit quoth;

        "Though one way becons as more fair,
        And many it's allurements claim;
        The narrow way is wanting wear,
        For all too few are passing there;
        Beware, their end is not the same!"

        Too long I in a quandary lay
        When grew the skies an angry black;
        Then I hurried on ere fled the day,
        And took the far less traveled way
        Without so much as glancing back.

        It led me o'er some thorny ground,
        The storm rained sorrows on my head;
        But in the night a song I found,
        When Jesus put His arms around,
        My weary form as on He led.

        When night had passed I saw God's bow
        And heard the lark's sweet, silver song;
        God bathed me in Salvation's glow
        And whispered things the world can't know,
        That made my heart for Heaven long.

        I shall be telling this with a sigh
        Somewhere ages and ages hence:
        Two roads diverged into the world, and I-
        I chose God's way less traveled by, --
        And that has made all the difference!
