Mission for Service in a Christian Community The Mission for Service outline follows a target-population approach, dealing with the three main populations that concern a Christian community, namely 1) non-members, here called friends, 2) members, and 3) members actively involved in organized ministry of the community called disciples. The disciples also serve the friends and members. The services in the evangelistic teams focus on non-members, those of the spiritual care teams on the membership at large, and the ministry teams on special ministries and administration. The names in brackets are the present team leaders in these areas. The abbreviations W, M, Q stand for the frequency of the services as performed by one individual: W=weekly or more often, M=monthly or more often , Q=quarterly or more often. The below names represent individuals who were appointed some two years ago, the individuals named under planning only fulfill a planning function.
