Assignments

This is the general pattern for all eight units: Explore the designated sections of the Bible, Bible Dictionary, Bible Concordance, Commentary and the library links below. Then respond to the assignment parts A-G below with complete paragraphs each and email all together to edu@learnwell.org. Each paragraph needs to consist of a clear topic sentence, 3-6 sentences supporting the topic sentence, and a summary closing sentence, a total of at least 5 well-written sentences. In the subject heading, always write Galatians, the chapter under study, and your full name. Start each assignment part with one of the designations A, B, C, D1, D2, D3, E1, E2, E3, F, G. Each assignment thus consists of 11 paragraphs. Do not use attachments. Keep copies of your assignments. All assignments are graded on a pass-fail basis.

A, B, C.  Respond to the 3 questions listed in the above outline, with a paragraph each, or a total of 3 paragraphs.

D. Define 3 main words used in this passage and state how they are used in the Bible (give facts), with a paragraph each, or a total of 3 paragraphs.

E. State 3 main issues of the passage (in your own words) and what statements (texts) in Galatians support each (explain meaning), with a paragraph each, or a total of 3 paragraphs.

F. Apply one of the above issues to a real case, or a scenario of a possible situation (work toward application), in one paragraph.

G. Post comments and questions on the course bulletin board at (Group home page : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/galatians  Group email :
galatians@yahoogroups.com
) and comment on the postings of others, in paragraph form. In your first posting, tell about your study interests.
