What We Believe

Seventh-day Adventist Church

Seventh-day Adventists are Christians who believe
that God has given us a purpose and direction for
life in the Bible (both the Old and New
Testaments). We believe that salvation is by grace
through faith, and that it is not just about making
it to heaven some day, but it is also about living
today. So we stress a healthy lifestyle, a giving
lifestyle, a serving lifestyle, and a purposeful life
based on God's Word (the Bible).

Jesus said in John 10:10 that He came to give life,
abundant life. That abundance is only truly
experienced when we live a God-focused life, a
life that honors what God has laid out in His Law (the
Ten Commandments) and His principles (the rest of the Bible) for life.

We believe we have a mission and message
for our time: To help you get to know, love, and
follow Jesus, and prepare for His second coming.

Church Mission Statement

Our desire is to reflect Jesus to our world
through love and service in preparation
for His return by walking with Him, sharing
His love, and encouraging each other.
