Originally entitled Steps to Christ, F.H. Revell Co., 1892. This work has been edited in the following way:
1. All scripture texts are changed from KJV and RSV to the NIV for better readability.
2. The mode of the text is changed from 3rd. person plural to 1st. person singular. You are encouraged to read this as if it were your own thoughts.
3. Various modifications in word and phrases were done to reflect the change to the NIV and in accordance with the editor's desire for more modern English wording.
