OATMEAL & MUSHROOM PATTIES
Directions: Sauté minced onions then add to a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients except - mushroom soup/2 cans of hot water. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Form ingredients into patties and fry until brown in vegetable oil. Arrange fried patties into a baking dish and cover with mixture of hot water, mushroom soup and vegex/marmite. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1/2 an hour until fragrant. Serve with garlic potatoes, fresh green salad with lemon juice/olive oil dressing. Bon Appetite!
