QUICK TOMATO & RICE SOUP
Bring the above ingredients to the boil then reduce heat to simmer. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup of parboiled rice (long grain preferably) and continue to simmer for another 10 - 15 minutes until rice is tender. Add 1 Tbsp of margarine or butter and serve immediately. (4 servings) Enjoy this quick and hearty soup with garlic toast by buttering slices of crusty bread, kaiser rolls and even unused hot-dog buns with margarine, dust with garlic powder, parsley flakes and paprika. Toast in toaster oven and when done (1 min) sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese for that authentic taste. Bon Appetit! Well there you have it, my first recipe for
