Vegeburger recipe
In a Saucepan combine:
2 cups water
1/4 cup Bragg's
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Sage
1/2Tbsp. Sweet Basil
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2cup finely chopped onion
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat
and add:
1/2 cup finely crumbled tofu
2 cups regular rolled oats
Mix everything together and then set
aside for ½ hour. Using 1/4 cup portions,
form patties on oiled or nonstick cookie
sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for
approximately 45 minutes. Makes 12 large
(1/3 cup) burgers.

Country Style Gravy
In a blender:
1/2 Cup raw Cashews
2 Tablespoons arrowroot powder
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 t. Onion Powder
1/4 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Salt
2 T. Vegetable Oil
1 T. Bragg's Amino Liquids
1 Cup warm water (2 cups total)
Blend about 6 minutes until cashews are smooth.
Gravy should not feel gritty between your fingers. Dump
in to pan to cook. Rinse out blender with a second cup
of water and dump in to pan also. Cook until thickened.
It does not need to boil.

No crumble bread
"No Crumble Whole Wheat Bread"
from Ten Talents
2 cups lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. Dry active yeast
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp.. Lecithin (liquid)
1/3 cup molasses
Stir until dissolved. Then add slowly mixing well:
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. Salt (with the last addition of flour)
Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and elastic.
Let rise until double in bulk in a warm place. Punch
down and let rise again. Shape into laves. Let rise
until almost double. Bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes.
When done remove from pans. Oil tops.
