Will My Children Ever Come Back?

Isaiah 49:4-26

Then I said, I have wasted my time in trying to train my children,

But, the LORD said,

Though your children have not yet returned,

Yet will I do something glorious,

You are my servant through whom I will restore your children:

You will also be a witness to the heathen and

And the LORD said to me,

My timing IS perfect,

At just the right moment I will say to your children,

‘Go free from the bondage of Satan’

And they shalt come from a far distance:

You might as well break forth into singing,

For the LORD will have mercy upon your children

You may feel that, The LORD has forsaken you, "But how can he!

Can a woman forget her babies?

Perhaps some will

But there is no way that I can forget your children!

See, the nail prints in my hands

I loved your children so much!

How could I ever forget?

Your children are

even now getting ready to return

Their tempters are about to give up

"In fact, here they come, right now!

And they are bringing others along with them!

You may wonder who these others are -

Well, you are in for a great surprise!

The Lord has ransomed your children,

And

their kidnappers

shall bring your sons and daughters back home again.

The captives shall be delivered!

For the Lord has fought for you, and He has saved your children!

And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh;

And they shall be drunken with their own blood,

And your children shall know

That I am their Saviour and Redeemer!
